2. Bookings & Consultations

All consultations, sessions, or courses must be pre-booked. Once a booking is confirmed, you’ll receive details about your session including the location, time, and any materials required.

Sessions are offered in-person at our space in Anwa Bali or online, depending on availability and suitability.

3. Fees & Payments

Service fees are discussed during your initial consultation and are customised based on your child’s individual needs and the format of delivery. Payment is required in advance to confirm bookings.

We accept payment via bank transfer or other methods as advised at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may incur a cancellation fee or forfeit the session, depending on the package agreed.

We understand that unexpected situations arise and will always do our best to accommodate.

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining your privacy and the confidentiality of all personal and sensitive information shared with us. Any details provided during consultations or sessions will be treated in strict confidence and not shared without your written consent, unless required by law.

6. Use of Our Website

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and downloads—is the property of Bali Bridging and Development and may not be copied or used without permission.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that may damage, disable, or interfere with its functioning.
